Testimonials for Louise’s class

“Please pass on my thanks to Louise for hosting such a well-organized, fun, and relaxed workshop on Sunday. Louise cooked an outstanding lunch and treated us like gold. I can’t believe how much we got accomplished and I look forward to taking my skills back to our kitchen in Calgary. What a beautiful facility the Shatford is and what a gorgeous kitchen! I wish I lived in Penticton to take advantage of it more often” …  Kate from Calgary

“WOW, what a fantastic workshop!   I arrived 5 minutes early to find workspaces completely set up and ready for use: goody bags, and extras all lined up with our names on them: and Louise baking what would become an incredible lunch.  The cheese making lessons were extremely easy to follow, well paced, and interesting:  and we were all successful in all three cheeses.   Louise was kind and helpful and we all had confidence in her obvious expertise.  She also subtly presented us with easy ways to present our cheeses to our guests during two memorable sit-down meals.  This workshop exceeded my expectations by miles!  Thank you to the Shatford Centre and kudos to Louise” … Kathie from Okanagan Falls

“We had an amazing class yesterday with a great teacher, in a professional kitchen, right down town Penticton. This is such a great opportunity to learn, have fun and develop skills. I come from Osoyoos but this is well worth the drive” … Sophie from Osoyoos
